Parwana Noori is an English language instructor from Afghanistan with several years of experience teaching English and computer skills. She is passionate about education and empowering students through language and knowledge. She is currently completing her degree in Computer Science at Kabul University while working as an English instructor at an educational institution. Parwana holds ESL certifications from Saylor Academy, a 120-Hour TEFL certificate, and is currently completing her TESOL certification from the University of Arizona. She also enjoys art and reading and has proficiency in French. She believes education is a powerful tool for growth and is committed to helping her students succeed.

Arzo Shadab

Ms. Arzo Shadab has been a valued member of Simplify Global Education (SGE) since 2022. She holds a degree in English Literature from Kabul University and has studied at the American University of Afghanistan. She is currently pursuing a TESOL certification from Arizona State University. In addition to teaching at SGE, Ms. Shadab works as a translator and interpreter with Tarjimly, providing language support to individuals in need. Her diverse professional experience across Afghanistan enriches her teaching practice. She is also a dedicated advocate for Afghan women’s and girls’ education, actively supporting empowerment and access to learning initiatives.

Hameedullah Ebadi

Mr. Hameedullah Ebadi is an experienced educator and civil society leader currently serving as an English language instructor at Simplify Global Education (SGE). He holds a degree in Business Administration from Esteqlal University, where he graduated with honors and served in student leadership roles. With over eight years of experience in project management, legal counseling, youth empowerment, and advocacy, Mr. Ebadi brings strong leadership and real-world insight to his teaching. He is the founder and CEO of the Advanced Generation Organization, a non-profit dedicated to women’s rights, youth leadership, and good governance, including the nationally recognized “1,000 Influential Women” event held in 2018. Mr. Ebadi has also taught Business Administration at private universities and remains an active advocate for human rights, inclusive education, and community development. Fluent in Pashto, Dari, and English, he connects effectively with diverse learners. He is currently pursuing a TESOL certification from Arizona State University, further strengthening his expertise in English language education.

She holds a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Cheragh Medical University (2023) and is a certified English instructor, with credentials from the TESOL Learning Center, Oxfordcert London, and Vancouver TESOL Canada. Ms. Nemat Zai brings diverse experience from teaching English in private and online institutions, delivering medical lectures at the university level, and practicing dentistry in a teaching hospital. She has also held leadership roles in social organizations focused on women’s affairs and community development. Fluent in Dari, Pashto, and English, and highly skilled with digital tools, she creates engaging, purposeful learning environments that empower students and reflect SGE’s commitment to transformative education.
