She holds a degree in English Literature from Kabul University and has also studied at the American University of Afghanistan. Currently, she is furthering her expertise in language education by pursuing a TESOL certification from Arizona State University. In addition to her role as an educator at SGE, Ms. Shadab works as a translator and interpreter with Tarjimly, providing critical language support to individuals in need. Her professional background spans a variety of sectors across Afghanistan, enriching her teaching with diverse, real-world perspectives. Ms. Shadab is also a committed advocate for the rights and education of Afghan women and girls. Through her volunteer efforts, she actively supports initiatives focused on empowerment, equality, and access to learning. Her passion for teaching is deeply rooted in her belief in education as a force for positive change.

Mr. Hameedullah Ebadi

Mr. Hameedullah Ebadi is an accomplished educator and civil society leader, currently serving as an English language instructor at Simplify Global Education (SGE). With over eight years of experience in project management, legal counseling, youth empowerment, and advocacy, he brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the virtual classroom. Born in Paktia province in 1995, Mr. Ebadi graduated with honors in Business Administration from Esteqlal University, where he held key leadership roles, including class representative and president of the student council. His academic and civic engagement laid the foundation for a career committed to education, development, and social change. Mr. Ebadi is also the founder and CEO of the Advanced Generation Organization, a non-profit that has implemented transformative initiatives focused on women's rights, youth leadership, and good governance. Among its most notable achievements is the "1,000 Influential Women" event, held at the Presidential Palace in 2018, which brought national attention to the importance of female leadership in Afghanistan. In addition to his work in civil society, Mr. Ebadi has taught Business Administration at private universities and continues to advocate for human rights, inclusive education, and community development. He is fluent in Pashto, Dari, and English, allowing him to connect with learners from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds. Currently, he is pursuing a TESOL certification through Arizona State University to expand his expertise in English language instruction and global communication. His commitment to teaching is grounded in a broader mission to inspire progress and build bridges through education.

Born in Kabul on March 12, 1999, she holds a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Cheragh Medical University, which she earned in 2023. In addition to her medical training, Ms. Nemat Zai is a certified English instructor with multiple credentials from internationally recognized institutions, including the TESOL Learning Center, Oxfordcert London, and Vancouver TESOL Canada. Her diverse educational achievements have equipped her with the skills to effectively teach English to students of all levels and backgrounds. Over the years, she has gained broad experience in both the educational and healthcare sectors. Her work includes teaching English at private and online institutions, delivering medical lectures at the university level, and practicing dentistry at a teaching hospital. She has also taken on leadership roles in social organizations, particularly in areas related to women's affairs and community development. Fluent in Dari, Pashto, and English, and highly proficient with digital tools, Ms. Nemat Zai brings creativity, responsibility, and a strong sense of purpose to every classroom.
